GARLIC HERB CHICKEN

I don't enjoy cooking but I LOVE to eat (TYPICAL I KNOW) so when I am in the kitchen it needs to be FAST and EASY.  This Garlic Herb chicken was super quick, delicious, and the meal was done with three pans/pots. Can you say winning? Not to mention, it was amazing on salads for meal prep for the week. Two birds, one stone. Let's get to it!

What you will need: 

Chicken

Butter (I used Earth Balance-Vegan/Soy Free)

Salt

Pepper

Garlic

Rosemary

Thyme

Basil 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, salt, pepper, garlic and herbs together until it forms a paste. Place chicken flat in a pan and pat dry with a paper towel. (The paste won't stick if it's wet or too cold.) Cover with foil, bake for 35 minutes (can vary based on cut of chicken chosen). Voila! It doesn't get much easier than that. Add your own spin!
